RECIPE: Geisha B-52

You may recognise this one from your last high-end bar visit - some bartenders serve the B52 as a flaming shot!

This variation of the classic B-52 shot is a delightful blend of creamy, citrusy, and coffee flavours. The layers of different liqueurs not only create a stunning visual effect but also allow you to taste each one separately as you sip.

Ingredients:

  • 1 part Black Geisha

  • 1 part Bailey's Irish Cream

  • 1 part Grand Marnier

Instructions:

  1. Carefully pour the Black Geisha into a shot glass.

  2. Slowly pour the Irish Cream over the back of a spoon so it floats on top of the Black Geisha layer.

  3. Repeat the process with the Grand Marnier.

Note: Whilst we’re always down for a good time, we don’t recommend lighting your B52 on fire without ensuring you’ve done your research on how to drink a flaming shot safely.
